Niku means meat, pork,chicken...
Today, I use Niku that means meat!
How do you think raw meat?
We ordered moriawase( I don't know how to "Moriawase in English")
moriawase means that it has many food on the plate.
And, we ordered Dashimaki Tamago.
This is egg!
And we ordered Sukiyaki Sushi!
We dipped it on raw egg!!
I hadn't eaten Niku sushi :)
It was my first chance!!
