SABAR

Hi :)

I went to SABAR to eat lunch.

SABAR is the bar name.

SABA means mackerel.

It is an "add" bar, which means 

we can get many additional items to supplement the main dish.

The bar is started through crowdfunding!!

The manager wanted to spread saba food culture.

After I heard about it,

I went to there on my lunch break.

However, the dinner menu is a lot more extensive 

than the lunch menu.

The menu is fused with world food.

For example,

saba and green curry, saba and taco and ...etc.

It was a successful business.

The manager has 3 store in Japan.

The bar is a successful case of crowdfunding in Japan.
